My Training

I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Teachers College/Columbia University and is Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and The American Holistic Health Association.

As a Columbia University graduate, I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Reiki Practitioner. A Hofstra University Ceritfied Personal Fitness Trainer and mother of two, I bring my expertise as a Psychotherapist, Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, Personal Trainer and Reiki Practitioner to Harmony Health Counseling.

I hold a certification in Treating Eating Disorders and have dedicated much of my career over the last fifteen years to helping those with eating disorders and body image issues.
